We collect account, order, delivery and age-confirmation data so we can sell nicotine pouches legally to adults in Canada and run the store.

Payment itself is completed through Interac or your bank’s wire process; we do not store card numbers on this site.

Age verification data

We use the information you provide at checkout and account creation to confirm you are of legal age in your province. If automated checks cannot confirm age, we may ask for a government photo ID. ID images are used only for verification and are retained only as long as needed for that purpose and for records we must keep under tobacco and consumer rules, then deleted or securely archived.
