Age verification policy

At checkout
Every retail buyer must confirm legal age for the delivery province and provide name, date of birth and address. We may check that information against available records. If we cannot confirm age, we will ask for a clear photo of a government-issued ID before the order ships. Orders that fail verification are cancelled and unpaid amounts are refunded.
At delivery
Carriers may require adult confirmation or a signature for age-restricted parcels. The person accepting delivery should be of legal age. If delivery cannot be completed under the carrier’s rules, the parcel may be held or returned to us.
Trade accounts
Trade buyers are verified as businesses through licensing and resale documentation appropriate to their province. Account contacts must still be adults. Product must not be sold to minors.
How long verification lasts
A successful verification stays on your account for future orders. We may ask you to verify again if you change shipping address or date of birth, if records look inconsistent, or if required by law or our risk checks. Creating an account for someone under legal age, or buying for a minor, is prohibited and leads to cancellation and account closure.
